Hammermill and Grates

42″ x 66-5/8″ (106.68 cm x 169.2 cm) hammermill system constructed of heavy-duty 28″ (71 cm) diameter rotor, (18) 1-3/8″ (3.5 cm) thick two-piece laser-cut rotor plates to ensure precision and enforce steel strength. The plates are keyed on a 9″ (22.9 cm) diameter shaft with 5-3/16″ (13.18 cm) bearings and eight 2-½” (6.35 cm) hammer retaining rods. Hammermill pattern has (18) 2-¼” (5.7 cm) balanced forged steel hammers, (18) 3-5/8″ (47.3 cm) wide double-edged replaceable inserts and 18 forged rakers.

Discharge System

Discharge system consists of a hydraulically driven, horizontal 48″ wide x 19′ (121.92 cm x 5.79 m) long aggregate belly belt conveyor discharging onto a 40″ x 31′ (101.6 cm x 9.45 m) stacking conveyor with hydraulic fold for transport.
